Currently Reading

I figure that Sunday is a good day to post what I’m reading for the upcoming week, especially if they’re fun reading novels that happen to change.

For my American Literature course, I’m reading this week:

  • Edgar Allan Poe’s “The Fall of the House of Usher,” “The Black Cat,” “The Philosophy of Composition,” and “The Poetic Principle” (First two are rereads)
  • Nathaniel Hawthorne’s “The Scarlet Letter” (Reread, I read it in sixth grade)
  • Herman Melville’s “Hawthorne and his Mosses” and “Bartleby, the Scrivener”

For my fun reading
